Assalam u Alaikum,

After going through your website, which seems professionally designed, the portfolio of products and their specification and the products' pictures displayed thereon I somehow build high opinion about the company and it's products and placed an order. The aforesaid order is received few hours ago today and I regret to say that it is a big disappointment.

The products received are not those which were ordered.
Packing was damaged indicating that the packet was not handled with due care.
Quality and finishing is also not upto the mark.

First of all, against my order of a Chrome one, I received it in White which is not required and has to be returned.
( I wonder how come this happen if the product is checked against the order.)
Further, the base of each triangular shelf is not aligned with the rod above it and hence it can not be fixed to the wall.
(A very badly engineered and assembled product indeed.)
The fixing screws supplied are just ordinary screws while the picture shows Big Headed Screws.

The product ordered was GPH-494-Chrome
The product received seems to be GPH-496-Chrome
(Does someone really check the order carefully while preparing the packet for shipment ???
Doesn't seems so... Two wrong items out of four.... Isn't the ratio too high at 50 % ??? or I am being too strict and demanding !!!)
Though I do not require the product, however the flap of paper holder has a little dent on it
( when the products are supplied without just checking specification of the products ordered, expecting to inspect the product towards any damage or deformity is definitely too much from my side, I suppose !)

Now to conclude, Kindly supply the above two items as per the order and arrange to collect those which are not as per the order.
Please do check the specification before making shipment and also quality control function must be performed to ensure that the product is free from any fault etc.

In all sincerity, kindly forward this message to the owner of the company in order to help him improve upon situation before any serious damage to his business.
