Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is received damaged, broken, incomplete, missing parts, or different from what was ordered.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The item was delivered damaged or broken
- The item was incomplete or missing parts
- The wrong or different item was delivered
- The customer does not like the product
- The customer has changed their mind

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges where applicable, including defective, damaged, wrong, or warranty-covered items.

5-Year Warranty:
Grace International offers a 5-year warranty on eligible products. If the product gets rusty, the paint or coating comes off, or the product stops working under normal use, we will replace it within the warranty period, subject to warranty terms and conditions.

Warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, chemical damage, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear.

Exceptions:
If your situation does not meet the above conditions, please contact us. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it.
